1 Hour Dinner Rolls

1 c Water
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 c Milk
4-1/2 c All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/4 c Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp Instant Yeast
Additional Butter for brushing
In a large microwave safe bowl, add water, milk, and butter. Heat until mix is in the 95-110 degree range. If it is hotter, allow to cool to that range before proceeding. Alternatively, you can do this step in a saucepan over medium-high heat on the stove. In a large mixing bowl, or bowl of stand mixer, whisk together 3.5 cups flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast. Add warm liquid mix to the flour mix and knead 6-8 minutes until a soft ball forms and pulls clean away from the sides of the bowl. Add additional 1 cup of flour, as needed. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap and a clean towel for 15 minutes. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick spray and set aside. After 15 minutes, punch down the dough and divide into 12-15 equal sized balls of dough. Place balls in greased casserole dish and re-cover with plastic wrap and towel for another 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and towel from the dish and place in oven. Bake 25-30 minutes or until brown on top. Brush with butter.
